microbasehqd.com ("we", "us") is a PE registered in Ukraine and operates an online service that helps connect users with auto repair shops. We do not perform repairs and we do not control repair shop pricing, availability, or outcomes.

2. Required notices (consumer rights and personal data)

If you use the website as a consumer, information about identification and complaint handling relevant to contract-related matters is provided in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

We do not guarantee that repair shops will be available, that they will accept your request, or that any scheduled service will occur. Any indicative information about services, prices, or diagnostic results is provided by third parties and may change.

We do not guarantee diagnosis outcomes, repair quality, or compliance with any specific requirements. Your contract for repairs (if any) is directly between you and the selected repair shop.

4. Submitting requests and communications

When you submit a request through the website, you authorize us to route your request to relevant repair shops to the extent necessary to fulfill your request.

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for the correctness of details you submit (including contact details and vehicle/service information).

If you send messages or inquiries, we may use them to respond and to administer your request.

5. Advertising notice

To the extent content on the website constitutes commercial communication intended for attracting attention, it is presented as advertising and does not mislead consumers regarding the nature or intent of the information in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу".

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• availability, delays, cancellations, or failure to perform repairs;
• changes in pricing or service terms;
• diagnostic, repair, or technical outcomes; or

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ukrainian law.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, layout, and trademarks are owned by us or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
