Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties and scope

This document applies to situations where microbasehqd.com, participating auto repair shops, and subprocessors process personal data submitted by consumers through lead or contact requests (including communications related to such requests).

The participating auto repair shop may receive and use lead information to contact the consumer and provide the requested service.

“Subprocessor” means any third party that processes personal data on behalf of a party involved in lead handling.

2. Legal notice and legal basis

Where landing/lead functionality collects personal data, processing is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian personal data requirements. We provide an information notice and apply an appropriate legal basis for processing in line with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

3. Consumer information and contract-related identification/claims/complaints

As a website/service provider advertising and offering services, we ensure that pre-contract and contract-related identification and information about claims/complaints are provided in the official language(s) required by Ukrainian law. This is done in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

4. Purposes of processing

• To respond to consumer inquiries and requests for contact/lead follow-up.
• To coordinate with participating auto repair shops for service fulfillment and scheduling.
• To administer communications and improve service quality, where applicable.
• To ensure security, confidentiality, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Security and confidentiality

Each party handling personal data applies organizational and technical measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

Confidentiality obligations are applied to staff and subprocessors processing personal data on behalf of the relevant party.

6. Subprocessors

Where subprocessors are involved, the relevant party ensures that subprocessors process personal data only for the purposes described in this agreement and under obligations consistent with applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Advertising identification (if applicable)

If any communications on the site are commercial in nature, they must be identifiable as advertising and not mislead consumers regarding the intent of the information. This requirement is implemented in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу".

8. Rights of data subjects and how to contact us

If you provide personal data to us, you may have rights related to access, correction, and other legal rights regarding your personal data under Ukrainian law.
